- Sopko wins Citadel Open. Bommarito finishes as runner-up.

Bryce Sopko look to lead Limestone College this season. Both are

to start the season.

2011-2012 Schedule Now Available
-
Here we go into our second week of school already. Our first practice will be
November 21 and our first meet will be December 7. It is time to get going with
pre-season condition for all those wrestlers not playing a fall sport.
Every Monday (4:15-5:30), Wednesday and Thursday (3:30-4:30) Coach Chez will hold
strength and speed training for our wrestlers. This is FREEEEEE and we need to
take advantage of it.
A open mat schedule will be out later this week.
For anyone wanting to compete there are a large number of tournaments coming up.
www.borderwarswrestling will
give you somewhat local tournaments with a national championship on November 12
and 13 in Battle Creek. The grappler fall classic will be very tough and held
at Tecumseh high school the first week in October. www.michigangrappler.com
